THRUTRANSLATION
TRANSLATION =
ACCESS
Welcome to ThruTranslation, the first-ever youth-led nonprofit dedicated to providing free translation services to immigrant families. Our goal is to help those who are struggling with English by offering translations for a variety of documents, including flyers, brochures, and other materials. We believe that language should never be a barrier to accessing important information, and we're committed to breaking down those barriers by providing accurate and reliable translations.

OUR STORY
Statistics show that approximately 85 million people within the United States are identified as immigrants and their US-born children. This accounts for roughly 26 percent of the US population.
Many children within the United States grew up translating for their family members and struggled alongside their parents to find better opportunities.
ThruTranslation was established on this very basis: to help underrepresented minorities and to uplift their voices.

Currently, the translation services aren't receiving the adequate resources they need. Finished with automatic translating systems, many websites contain grammatically incorrect information. With members from a wide array of backgrounds, we work on increasing accessibility through translation in multiple languages. We understand the importance of clear communication, especially when working in a global market, which is why we strive to deliver translations that are not only accurate, but also culturally appropriate.
